About PFM Inspections?
Since 2020, the world has changed as we know it.

PFM Inspections is a new firm of Chartered Surveyors, delivering home buyer surveys, residential valuations, snagging surveys and beyond - for the property owner.

​We believe that as great as technology is, on its own it will only take you so far – that is why our team and associates have proven experience in the across the Built Environment, whether that is dealing with housing disrepair surveys, service charge enquiries, rent renewals, dilapidations or ensuring the heating works when it needs to, thus ensuring occupiers wellbeing is met.

Our parent company, Schapiro Consulting Ltd, is proud to be an RICS regulated firm, as well as a member of the Residential Property Surveying Association. Keith
Principal
Keith started the company in 2019. He has a wide ranging knowledge across many disciplines within the property world. Keith is always happy chatting with clients - no query should go unasked.
Outside of work, you'll likely to find Keith enjoying the natural world - and if he can get on a boat, even better!

Pooch
Buddy is our trusted office companion. A great listener, he is always on hand to help finish off the biscuits when the cupboard is being cleaned.
Bettina
Bookings/Admin
Bettina manages our diaries, chases the team, and is actually the backbone behind the whole organisation. A legal secretary by training, she ensures we always deliver for our clients.
Outside of work, she'll be helping out friends and family - or enjoying some well earned time off.
