HOW WE WORK
We're a small, independent practice based in Poole. We do one thing — residential surveys — and we take them seriously. Every inspection is led personally by Keith, a RICS Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience across residential property.
We never rush a survey.
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make. A survey that gets skimmed through in 45 minutes isn't protecting you — it's just ticking a box.
We spend as long as each property needs. We look at the things a quick inspection misses. And when your report comes back — within 3 days — Keith is available to walk you through it, answer every question, and help you understand what it actually means for your purchase, rather than just inform the client. Just a clear, honest picture of the property you're thinking of buying.

Time on site
Every property gets the time it needs. We don't book back-to-back appointments that force a surveyor to cut corners.
A debrief as standard
Every survey includes a post-report call with Keith. Not an optional add-on — just part of the service.
Local knowledge
We know coastal properties, period conversions, rural heritage buildings, and new-build estates across Dorset and Hampshire. Context matters.
Plain English reports
Your report should help you make a decision — not confuse you into calling the agent. We write for clients, not for professional indemnity insurers.

Keith started the company in 2019. He has a wide ranging knowledge across many disciplines within the property world. Keith is always happy chatting with clients - no query should go unasked or unanswered.
