Why PFM Inspections?
Since 2020, the world has changed as we know it. PFM Inspections is a tech-enabled property and surveying consultancy. We believe in the proven use of technology to deliver cost savings not only for scheduled operations, but also to drive investment planning.

Equally, we believe that the technology on its own will only take you so far – that is why our team and associates have proven experience in the field, whether that is dealing with housing disrepair surveys, service charge enquiries, rent renewals, dilapidations or ensuring the heating works when it needs to, thus ensuring occupiers wellbeing is met.
Our parent company, Schapiro Consulting Ltd, is proud to be an RICS regulated firm, as well as a member of the Residential Property Surveying Association. Our sister company, Schapiro FM, is an established Facilities Management consultancy which has been delivering innovative solutions to the public sector and corporate real estate since 2011.
